What is Ulydien Trust Company Limited?
The Ulydien Trust Company Limited is a subsidiary of Ulster Bank Ireland DAC (UBIDAC). To support UBIDAC’s withdrawal from the Republic of Ireland the Trust has been established to hold the remaining unclaimed funds from former customers closed account(s) and product(s). A reclaims process has been established so that former customers can reclaim their balances.
Once funds are transferred to the Trust, those former UBIDAC customers are known as ‘Beneficiaries’ of the Trust.
How will I know if I am a beneficiary of the Ulydien Trust Company Limited?
If you were identified as a beneficial owner of the Trust i.e. a beneficiary, we will send you a 'Notice’ letter advising your unclaimed funds have been transferred to Ulydien Trust Company Limited. The Notice letter outlines the actions you need to take to submit a reclaim for funds held in the Trust.
